Home site rent in Grand View and Summit View is $395 to $445 per month, or $4,740 to $5,340 annually — coincidentally about the same as just the property taxes on a similar-sized, site-built house.
Besides paying less for the same size home, Grand View and Summit View are planned, managed neighborhoods with 24/7 on-call staff. Applicants must be approved, so residents know their neighbors are screened. Door-to-door soliciting is NOT allowed in Hames communities, giving residents even more privacy. With lots of extras, peace and quiet, the manufactured housing lifestyle is preferred by many.
